This project focused on creating a safe, functional outdoor space designed for kids to play and enjoy year-round. Approximately 10,405 square feet of turf was installed following the demolition and haul-off of existing fencing and materials, providing a clean, durable surface ideal for everyday use. The scope also included a full fencing upgrade, with a new perimeter fence featuring 70-inch three-rail Majestic rackable panels, heavy-gauge steel posts, and custom gates for added security. Interior fencing was completed with matching three-rail panels at a lower profile, allowing for clear separation of spaces while maintaining an open, cohesive layout. The result is a secure, low-maintenance environment built for both peace of mind and long-term enjoyment.
