Island Passage II Project

This backyard was designed to combine recreation with everyday function in a clean, low-maintenance layout. A four-hole putting green creates a central feature, surrounded by turf for a seamless, natural look. A metal border defines the turf with precision, while a new concrete pad was poured to provide the perfect space for the client’s grill. To improve access and flow, an additional concrete stair was installed, tying the design together with practical detail. The result is a backyard that balances leisure, durability, and purposeful design.
