This outdoor upgrade features approximately 905 square feet of artificial turf installed in a functional playground-style layout, creating a safe, durable, and low-maintenance space designed for everyday use.
The design maximizes usability while delivering a clean, mud-free surface built to withstand high foot traffic. An L-shaped 10×20 palapa with cedar posts provides shaded seating and visual warmth, while a custom putting green is framed with sleek metal edging. Black star gravel contained by metal borders adds contrast and texture, and concrete pavers complete the space with a clean, durable, and cohesive finish ideal for everyday family use.
